This is absurd...it is because of excessive academic pressure...that might come from the institute or the family as well...
In fact in the name of success we slog through first half of our life in the schools and colleges...then the rest half in the office...We never really live our life!

Whatever time we get between different slavings we live whatever life is left after it. That’s all that we have in the name of life. And we still love it. Aren’t we such great optimists?

If you can not remain in touch then you are generally ignorant...and as they say ignorance is bliss, so no tensions, no stress...but then remaining in tocuh with parents may be a stress reliever also in many cases. And very humbly I want to make a suggestion that pictures that generally disturb some people’s psyche should be best avoided being posted. There may be different views but decency and journalistic ethics and norms demand that we must go with popular perceptions of the people and not against them as far as it is possible and practicable.

I have heard more weird explanations for student suicides. In Bangalore an apparently depressed student hung himself because he thought the pastries he used to have every day from the local bakery ceased to be as good as they were when he joined college. This was the official college explanation!
